Hillary Pinsker, Lead Teacher

Hillary is delighted to be the new Lead Teacher at HBT.  After teaching assorted grades in the Chaverim School for a number of years, Hillary relishes the opportunity to mentor other teachers and help our children (and their families) have a warm, challenging, and meaningful experience in Jewish learning.  Hillary has earned Master's degrees in both Jewish Education and Jewish Studies from Gratz College, and is pursuing a doctorate at the Elie Wiesel Center for Judaic Studies at Boston University.  She wants every child in our program to feel accepted for who s/he is, to be welcomed as part of our community, and to grapple with life's 'big questions' while learning about some of the many Jewish answers to these questions.  Hillary lives in West Roxbury with her wife, Emily, and daughter, Anna.
