Pesach Kulanu Yachad (Passover All of Us Together) program
Sunday, 3/25, from 9:45am-12:15pm.
Please come on time and plan to stay all morning!
Parparim students will move as a group together with teachers and parents, and older students (Gan through Zayin) will be assigned to different mixed-age groups. Parents can either stay with their kids, or participate in adult education.
For children: there will be matzah baking (with Rabbi Penzner), cushion-making (for reclining on during the seder, as leisure classes did in days of yore), music/singing, and a Passover Trivia Challenge: Who Knows Six?
For teens, there will also be a Teen Discussion with Tracy Rich.
For teens and adults, there will also be a special Tikkun Olam Session: Let My People Go and Let My People Stay. People will share personal stories about how Tikkun Olam activities offer us avenues for meaning and purpose within HBT members and with allies beyond. Topics include GBIO, criminal justice, immigrant solidarity, Black Lives Matter, Racial Justice, and the Fight for $15.
We will also have a Haggadah Display with a variety of haggadot and supplements to spice up your seder.
