It is my deep belief that as we are doing justice work in the world, or facing the world as it is, we need to be actively choosing to feed our souls so that we have emotional and spiritual resilience and don't burn out or spiral into despair. In the world we live in, this is an active choice we have to make - meaning we must actively carve out time for it. I want HBT to be a place that gives us spiritual and soul nourishment. We've heard amazing feedback so far from everyone who was in the room with Anat earlier this month - if you enjoyed that, please come back for more.
