“In the Jewish civilization in which we currently live, it feels to me that we often need a translator - literally a translator from one language to another - to be able to understand and speak with each other - especially in regard to charged political language, words, and symbols. 

We invite those in our community who are in Boston end-of-August to join for this conversation (we know a lot of people are on vacation!), and we will be continuing with more of these conversations after the High Holy Days.
